COUNCIL DECISION

of 29 April 2024

replacing a member of the Management Board of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2019/126 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA), and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 2062/94 (1), and in particular Article 4 thereof,

Whereas:

By its Decision of 28 March 2023 (2), the Council appointed members and alternate members of the Management Board of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work for the period from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2027.

A seat as member in the governments’ representatives’ category has fallen vacant as a result of the resignation of Mr Carlos ARRANZ CORDERO.

The government of Spain has nominated a candidate for the vacant seat,

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

Ms Aitana GARÍ PÉREZ is hereby appointed member of the Management Board of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, in place of Mr Carlos ARRANZ CORDERO, for the remainder of the current term of office, ending on 31 March 2027.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
