www.ppsni.gov.uk and any other United Kingdom public body which is responsible for investigating and/or prosecuting criminal conduct or which acts as a central authority in any jurisdiction of the United Kingdom are competent for the purposes of Title VI (Cooperation with Eurojust) of Part Three of the Agreement. |
Article 690(6)(d) provides that the United Kingdom shall notify the Union of the identity of the authority considered as the competent authority for the purposes of Title VI (Cooperation with Eurojust) and a short description of its competences. |

Article 690(6)(j) provides that the United Kingdom shall notify the Union of the identity of the central authority designated by the United Kingdom under Article 676(1) for the purposes of sending, answering and execution of requests, or the transmission of such requests to the authorities competent for their execution, related to the freezing and confiscation of property. |
