THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to its Act of 9 October 2009 re-appointing a Deputy Director of Europol and in particular recital 7 thereof,

Having regard to the Europol Staff Establishment Plan for 2010-2012 and in particular point 1.1(C) thereof,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Sole Article

Mr Michel QUILLÉ, born on 6 April 1949, whose term of office as a Deputy Director of Europol has been renewed for the period from 31 August 2010 to 30 April 2014, shall be appointed at grade AD 13, step 2.
