PART A Only uses as fungicide may be authorised. In the case of outdoor uses, rates shall not exceed 450 g/ha per application. PART B For the implementation of the uniform principles as referred to in Article 29(6) of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009, the conclusions of the review report on prochloraz, and in particular Appendices I and II thereof, as finalised in the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health on 27 September 2011, shall be taken into account. The notifier shall submit to the Commission, the Member States and the Authority the information set out in points 1 and 2 by 31 December 2013 and the information set out in point 3 within 2 years after the adoption of the pertinent OECD test guidelines on endocrine disruption. |
