appointing the Bulgarian and Romanian members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee on Freedom of Movement for Workers

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1612/68 of 15 October 1968 on freedom of movement for workers within the Community(1), and in particular Articles 26 and 27 thereof,
Having regard to the Act of Accession of the Republic of Bulgaria and Romania(2),
Having regard to the list of candidates submitted to the Council by the Bulgarian and Romanian Governments,
Whereas:
(1) the Council, by its Decision of 15 September 2006(3), appointed the members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee on Freedom of Movement for Workers for the period from 14 September 2006 to 13 September 2008.
(2) The Bulgarian and Romanian members and alternate members of the said Committee should be appointed for the period expiring 13 September 2008,
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
