DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 137/2022

amending Annex VI (Social security) to the EEA Agreement [2022/1581]
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (‘the EEA Agreement’), and in particular Article 98 thereof,
Whereas:
(1)
Decision No H10 of 21 October 2020 concerning the methods of operation and the composition of the Technical Commission for Data Processing of the Administrative Commission for the Coordination of Social Security Systems ( 1 ) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(2)
Decision No H10 replaces Decision No H8 ( 2 ) , which is incorporated into the EEA Agreement and which is consequently to be repealed under the EEA Agreement.
(3)
Annex VI to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
Annex VI to the EEA Agreement shall be amended as follows:
1.
The following point is inserted after point 3.H9:
‘3.H10
32021 D 0316(01) : Decision No H10 of 21 October 2020 concerning the methods of operation and the composition of the Technical Commission for Data Processing of the Administrative Commission for the Coordination of Social Security Systems ( OJ C 89, 16.3.2021, p. 6 ).’
2.
The text of point 3.H8 (Decision No H8) is deleted.
Article 2
The text of Decision No H10 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union , shall be authentic.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on 30 April 2022, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made ( * ) .
Article 4
This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union .
