§ 7382a - Purpose; designation

CHAPTER 84— DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY › SUBCHAPTER XIV— ALBERT EINSTEIN DISTINGUISHED EDUCATOR FELLOWSHIPS

(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to establish within the Department of Energy a national fellowship program for elementary and secondary school mathematics and science teachers.

(b) A recipient of a fellowship under this subchapter shall be known as an “Albert Einstein Fellow”.
