§ 7176 - Reorganization

CHAPTER 84— DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY › SUBCHAPTER IV— FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION

For the purposes of chapter 9 of title 5 the Commission shall be deemed to be an independent regulatory agency.
