§ 6908a - Agreements with Indian tribes

CHAPTER 82— SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL › SUBCHAPTER I— GENERAL PROVISIONS

On and after October 21, 1998, the Administrator is authorized to enter into assistance agreements with Federally [Fn: So in original. Probably should not be capitalized.] recognized Indian tribes on such terms and conditions as the Administrator deems appropriate for the development and implementation of programs to manage hazardous waste, and underground storage tanks.
