§ 828a - Definitions

CHAPTER 12— FEDERAL REGULATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF POWER › SUBCHAPTER IV— STATE AND MUNICIPAL WATER CONSERVATION FACILITIES

The words used in this subchapter shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Federal Power Act [16 U.S.C. 791a et seq.].
